Have Half of the Cost of ABA Treatment for your Child Covered by a Bursary

💙 What is the Bursary? Much of the interest in the use of applied behaviour analysis for children with ASD is based on a large body of clinical research studies indicating that if children are identified with ASD early (under age 6 years) and receive quality comprehensive (20 – 40 hours a week) ABA by trained and supervised staff, many may be able to catch up to their neuro-typical peers in many developmental areas.

Unfortunately, Ontario government funding is based on the length a child has been waiting for “core clinical services” and as a result children with ASD tend to wait years before they become eligible for funding. The Bursary of Hope for Autism is a non-profit charitable organization which raises funds to help offset the costs of ABA services for parents. They have generously provided a bursary to offset one half of the cost of ABA treatment for a few children with ASD under age six who apply for either comprehensive home-based or centre-based (our school in Toronto – “Children’s College”) ABA services from Behaviour Innovations.

💙 How to Apply? If you are a parent or guardian of a child aged six and under, seeking IBI services, we encourage you to apply to the Bursary below. For more information on the application process and eligibility criteria please contact Brenda Ewing admin@behaviourinnovations.com, 905-570-0777. A representative of our organization will explain through the process.
