Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programming with fidelity in one-on-one sessions with children in a centre-based model under the supervision of a BCBA
- Record and graph data accurately throughout sessions
- Follow behaviour protocols as outlined by Behaviour Innovations
- Maintain consistent communication with the clinical team regarding client progress
- Actively participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
- Part time: 3 days a week from Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 3:45 pm
Qualifications
- B.A. in Psychology, Child Studies or equivalent, or near completion of such a degree OR CYW, SSW or DSW diploma preferred
- Excellent communication, analytic, and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a self-motivated, high-energy and enthusiastic approach
- Experience working with individuals with special needs and prior implementation of ABA are assets
- Updated vulnerable sector screening is required
